New grant-funded public health initiative to address childhood obesity seeking part-time program assistant to work 20 hours per week. Experience in community organizing a plus. Successful candidate must have strong computer skills, exceptional clerical skills, be well-organized, detail oriented and exhibit a professional and positive attitude. Duties include initial office set-up and management, answering phone, scheduling meetings, typing, and database information management. Prefer associate degree in related field and 3 years related experience. Can substitute high-school degree and five years experience.
