This Wednesday, bust out of your lunch rut and learn to create deliciously healthy meals for work.
April Hamilton of April’s Kitchen will lead hands-on cooking demonstrations of healthy lunch options at SUCCESStrategies: The Miracle Brown Bag Lunch at the Ferguson Enterprises’ showroom kitchen.
The event is the third of four lunch and learns in January as part of Live Well Charlie West, a month-long Alliance campaign dedicated to workplace wellness.
Easy salads, hearty soups and healthy wraps – with these great recipes, you will be the envy of your workplace.
