Balancing Work and Life
Work-life personnel policies are playing an increasing role in attracting and retaining top talent. How to maximize your company’s HR investment through programs and policies that accommodate employees’ family and other responsibilities will be the focus of the Charleston Area Alliance’s next “inclusion=innovation” program, to be held at noon on Dec. 16 at the Alliance offices, 1116 Smith Street.
Senior executives from area businesses and organizations will share their perspectives on successful work-life policies as well as important practical and legal issues that managers should consider. Speakers include:
