Making Meetings Work

Do you dread meetings?  Is the ineffectiveness of your meetings detrimental to the productivity of your organization?  Are you looking for ways to improve communication skills and enhance the usefulness of your meeting facilitation abilities?

Meetings are a part of every professional’s life.  Not all meetings are created equal.  Being able to facilitate an effective meeting is a tool that all professionals should master.

Join Generation Charleston and Leigh Chaney from NiSource / Columbia Gas at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, July 15 as we identify the proper techniques to facilitate an effective meeting.  Learn how to keep participants on-task and productive in addition to identifying ways to effectively communicate correspondence throughout the course of any meeting!

The event is free and is hosted by NiSource/Columbia Gas.  NiSource/Columbia Gas is located on MacCorkle Avenue next to the Verizon office building.  Free parking is available on the back side of the building in the parking lot between the NiSource/Columbia Gas building and the University of Charleston.  All participants should check in with the security guard in the lobby.
