Gateway Greenspace Streetscape Progresses
The final section of seat wall was poured Dec. 4, and the streetscape along Washington Street is progressing with the installation of the granite curbing this week.

Is there a way to get involved in the Gateway Greenspace Streetscape?
*Note: When we 1st built Magic Island up with sand dredged from the channels of the Kanawha River, there was talk of companies & organizations being able to have Mini Gardens & share the cost of Landscaping it. Since it has been more used as a recreation area, mini-park plots would have been overrun anyway. But as an environmental friendly / Scout Leader / & member of Hiking & Trails Clubs, I thought I’d love to be involved either as my small businesses & or individually.
